Refer Dori AI and Earn
You know whoruns the plants.
They are running on guesswork: cycle times nobody measures, quality checked on a clipboard, and cameras recording to a drive nobody opens. Dori AI fixes that, and you earn a commission when they buy.
Of contract value, once the contract is signed and the first invoice clears.
What Dori AI actually does
Worth being precise, because the words computer vision tend to land as either surveillance or science fiction, and it is neither.
Works from the cameras a site already has, rather than a hardware project that needs its own business case.
Ask what cameras they run.Cycle times, whether standard procedures were followed, quality defects and safety events, across every shift.
Not a person watching a monitor. The same numbers from every location, on one baseline, running in the cloud or on hardware at the site.
This is what head office is asking for.Who to introduce
If you know one of these people, you can make a referral
Anyone accountable for what happens on the floor. Most referral programs never reach these people, so nobody else is asking your contacts for an introduction.
The opening ask is always the same. A free live demo, about thirty minutes, no obligation. Worth having their site details to hand.
Plant managers and heads of manufacturing operations
●Operations directors in logistics and warehousing
●Quality managers and continuous improvement leads
●EHS and industrial safety managers
●COOs at businesses running multiple physical sites
●Does this remind you of someone?Every name you can think of is a commission you cannot collect yet. Partners can.

If you've heard one of these comments, there's a commission waiting
Operations people describe problems concretely, which makes the signals unusually easy to hear.
We do not know why line two is slower.
No measurement, so no answer.
Our quality check is a person with a clipboard.
Manual, sampled, and therefore mostly blind.
We had a near-miss injury last month.
Safety observation that relies on someone happening to watch.
Cameras everywhere and nobody watches them.
Infrastructure already paid for and unused.
We cannot prove a step was followed.
No record, so no defence when it matters.
Defects reach the customer before we see them.
Inspection that samples will always miss some.
Head office wants numbers we cannot produce.
A reporting problem with an operations cause.
Every site reports it differently.
No common baseline, so no comparison.
After you refer
Five stages, then you are paid
Visible in the PROearn app as they happen, so once you are a partner you never have to wonder whether a referral counted.
- Stage 1Referred
- Stage 2Demo scheduled
- Stage 3Demo done
- Stage 4Site pilot
- Stage 5Contract signedYour commission clears
The slowest of the three, by some margin
Stage four is a pilot on a real site, which means cameras, network access, safety sign off and often a works council or union conversation. Expect months rather than weeks. The upside is that deals which clear a site pilot rarely fall over afterwards.
If you would rather run it yourself
Once you are a partner you can request represent access for Dori AI in the app, and an admin reviews it. It suits partners with genuine operations or industrial experience, because the buyer wants to talk about their specific process and that conversation is hard to fake. Approval is per product.

Questions you will get asked
Not by us. By the people you introduce, once you start. How to handle each without overreaching.
“Are you watching my staff?”
The first question every time, and it deserves a straight answer rather than a deflection. The purpose is process measurement, not individual monitoring. Do not make promises about anonymisation or data handling on their behalf. Say it is exactly the right question and they should put it to the team hard.
“Will it work with the cameras we have?”
Usually the question that decides it commercially, because new hardware changes the business case entirely. Camera type, placement and coverage all matter. Mention their setup when you refer.
“What does it cost?”
It depends on sites, cameras and use cases, so there is no useful number you can give. Let the team scope it.
“We tried something like this and it did not work.”
Common, and worth taking seriously rather than talking past. Ask what went wrong and pass that on. A demo that addresses their failed attempt is far more persuasive than a generic one.
Surveillance is the objection that kills these deals when it is handled badly. The partners who do best on Dori raise it before the customer does.
None of these are yours to answer alone.Partners get the materials, the training and a team who closes the deal you get paid on.
